Christina J Alexander
Christina is a PhD student under the supervision of Dr. Leigh Gabel at the University of Calgary. She completed her MSc in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Calgary prior to beginning her PhD. Her research aims to understand whether high intensity resistance and impact training can slow down bone loss in peri- and early post-menopausal women, using high resolution peripheral computed tomography (HR-pQCT).
