I am 4th year PhD candidate from University of Utah at the Orthopaedics Research Lab - Anderson Group. The focus of my dissertation is improving the understanding of a hip disorder called femoroacetabular impingement syndrome. I use many medical imaging modalities, including CT, MRI, and biplane radiography, to capture hip kinematics in individuals with and without symptoms from femoroacetabular impingement morphology. In the future, I hope to remain in the field of biomechanics studying human movement in a research setting.
